Uniform Event Model

The Uniform Event Model (UEM) is back online in a brand new version.
We have worked hard the last couple of days to get the first new version ready. UEM has been rewritten to build on top of EPE and is now much more stable and modular
UEM brings the DOM 2 Event interface to IE which is another way of saying that IE is now capable of handling events like Firefox or other W3C compliant browsers.
